Gluten Free Flapjack Mix
Makes 12 plus flapjacks
Ingredients:
- Stoneground Flour
- Sugar
- The Easy Life Pantry Baking Powder
- Salt
What you will need:
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- 30ml Melted Butter
Method:
- Beat eggs and milk together.
- Add contents of packet into egg mixture and combine till smooth.
- On the stove, bring a pan or skillet to medium heat.
- Melt the butter in the pan and then add it to the mixture.
- Mix till just combined.
- Spoon mixture into the pan and bake on that side until bubbles form.
- Turn flapjacks over and bake till set.
- Always keep pan on medium heat so the flapjacks dont burn.
- Place them on a plate and top with honey or syrup for a nice breakfast treat!
