Beer Bread/Dumpling Mix
Ingredients:
- Sugar
- Stoneground flour
- Baking Powder
- Sea Salt
What you will need extra:
- 1 can beer
- 30ml melted butter
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Empty contents of packet into a mixing bowl.
- Add the can of beer and combine until just mixed.
- Place the dough into a greased ovenproof casserole or bread tin.
- Brush the melted butter liberally over the top.
- Place into the oven and bake for an hour.
