Chocolate Muffin Mix
Makes 12 – 18 muffins
Ingredients:
- Sugar
- Stoneground flour
- Baking powder
- Callebaut 100% Cacao
- Sea Salt
What you will need extra:
- 3 Large Eggs
- 315ml Milk
- 125ml Sunflower Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Line muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- Empty contents of packet into a large mixing bowl.
- Beat eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract together until combined.
- Mix egg and dry mixture together until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners half way for 18 medium size muffins or fill them three quarters of the way for 12 large muffins.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- The muffins are ready when the tops are still soft but spring back after touching them.
- Let the chocolate muffins cool a bit before serving them…(yes we know this will be difficult to wait out!)
