Brownie Mix
Ingredients:
- Castor Sugar
- Stoneground flour
- Callebaut 100% Cacao
- Callebaut Belgium Chocolate Chips
- Sea Salt
What you will need extra:
- 3 Large eggs
- 70g melted butter
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
- Grease a 15cm x 20cm oven proof dish or line with baking paper (for easier removal of the baked brownie).
- Melt the butter but do not let it boil. Set the butter aside to cool slightly.
- Empty contents of packet into a bowl and remove the chocolate chip packet.
- In a seperate bowl, beat the eggs.
- Now add the slightly cooled melted butter and vanilla to the eggs and mix just until combined.
- Add the egg mixture to the dry mix and mix only until combined.
- Open the chocolate chips packet and empty the contents into the batter. Mix only till combined.
- Pour mixture into greased ovenproof dish.
- Place in oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Take it out and let it cool before cutting it. It is normal for brownies to crack on top.
