Orders & Shipping
How does the ordering process work?
You select the products and place your order via our website and make payment. We then fulfill the order or mix new batches if we dont have stock on hand. Your parcel will then be sent via courier straight to your door, ready to be baked and enjoyed!
Who do you use to courier the packages?
We use The Courier Guy for fast and convenient delivery to your door within South Africa.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
If you can reach out to me on WhatsApp on the same day you have placed the order, we can try and make a plan!
How long does delivery take?
We commit to 4-7 working days.

Is your website secure?
We utilize Cloudflare for an added layer of security.
Are these home-made mixes?
Yes definitely, hand mixed with care and love. From my kitchen to yours. Some mixes are family recipes and some recipes are developed, tried and tested in my kitchen. And we are always looking to improve.
What ingredients do you use?
Only quality ingredients like Eureka Mills Stoneground Flour, Callebaut Chocolate Chips and Cacao as well as Nature’s Choice Sea Salt, Cinnamon and gluten free flours like Tapioca and Xanthan gum. Only the best ingredients in our mixes – we want to “know our dough”.
How long will the baked goods keep fresh?
Because our products dont have preservatives in them, the baked product is best enjoyed fresh. But if kept in an airtight container, it can keep for 2 to 3 days.
Can the baked muffins be frozen?
Yes definitely! Freeze in an airtight container for up to a month. The muffins actually get more moist when frozen because it contains oil. Thaw the muffins in the fridge, but make sure there are no moisture in the container (like ice) as it will make the muffins soggy.
How many muffins/flapjacks can I get out of a batch?
This answer depends on how big you make your muffins or flapjacks 😉 Standard muffins should yield you 12 muffins and medium sized flapjacks should yield you 12 flapjacks. With the chocolate muffin mix you will definitely get 12 plus standard muffins.

What if I need to modify my order?
You need to get in touch with me as soon as possible after you’ve placed your order for us to discuss the options available.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
It will depend on where your parcel is within our process. You will need to reach out to me via WhatsApp ASAP in order for us to see what we can do.
Can I get same day delivery?
If you try and WhatsApp me ASAP after your order we can see if we can make a plan. Obviously there might be an extra courier charge and where you need it delivered also plays a critical role.
